Kaleidoscope is a Kent and South East UK based Independent Fostering Provider.
The main focus of our work is to provide long-term therapeutic family based foster care for children and young people. We aim to try to help children considered hard to place, because of emotional or behavioural problems that result from abusive or neglectful early experiences, or trauma.
We provide assessment placements for children and young people, and short-term mother and baby placements, with access to psychiatric and psychological assessment, observation, and treatment of parent/child interactions.
Looking to become a Foster Carer?
You've come to the right place. We provide people with all the correct training and support to become fantastic foster carers from our base in Kent.
As a result of our high achievements we have become recognised as one of the leading foster providers in the country who can successfully help to restore the love, care and stability that these children crave. This results in us receiving referrals from all parts of England and Wales.
We can help you become a foster carer. Feel free to have a look through our 'fostering' section of the site and contact us here to apply for one of our courses.
Working closely with us here at Kaleidoscope we can help you create a family environment in which children and young people can regain trust in themselves and their world, and grow into adults who are comfortable with themselves and at peace with others.
There are no shortcuts in this process - children need positive experiences at each stage in order to grow into mature, well-balanced adults who can sustain healthy and supportive relationships, and in turn provide good nurturing care for their own families.
